Helpdesk Language Settings

The default language will be English. However you can choose a secondary language with which you can exhibit your products. For this, you need to select 'Language setup' in 'Settings' of dashboard.


For a secondary language to be selected, enter the name of the language in Unicode as shown below (to get unicode, you can use google translate or other applications) followed by English characters and then click 'Save' option. Whenever a product is added, include the secondary language unicode of the product in 'additional details' section and then save. When the secondary language in your store is clicked by an user, your product name will be displayed in that language.
