Helpdesk Payment Collections

After the product delivery, payments would have been surely done. You have to click 'Payment collection' on your dashboard and update the details of the amount paid by your customers.


When 'Enter paid details' button is clicked, a popup will ask you to fill the amount you have received. When you enter the received amount and click 'Submit', 'Enter paid details' option gets transformed to 'Payment completed' and the process ends.
