For some reasons after checking the details of the customer and order, if you want to cancel a customer's order, click 'cancel' button instead of 'Approve' button as shown below.

A pop up will be shown to note the reasons for cancelling the order. The screen shot is shown below.

You can find all the cancelled orders when you click 'Cancelled Orders' option in 'Business' of your dashboard.The option is shown below.
